Zinc Core Wicks
 
This wick has a cotton outer braid surrounding a thin filament of zinc. Zinc core wick produces the coolest flame and offers the most rigidity of all cored wick, providing support during pouring and burning.

These recommendations are based upon wicks being used in parraffin wax and using one wick. Other wax such as single pour wax may require a larger wick. When using fragrances such as cinnamon base or apple base scent it is recommended to use a larger wick. This will keep your wick from drowning out.
